Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the Referral Program operated by Expertise Events, which allows current exhibitors to refer new companies to participate in our events and receive rewards based on successful referrals. The Program is available for events taking place from 2025.
By participating in the Program, Referring Exhibitors agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, Referring Exhibitors must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a registered and approved exhibitor at one of Expertise Events’ events.
  • Be in good standing with Expertise Events with no outstanding payments or unresolved disputes.
    Referred Exhibitors must meet the following criteria:
  • Be a new business that is not currently booked or in discussion with Expertise Events regarding exhibiting at our events.
  • Must book a stand worth at least $2,000, excluding GST.
  • Register and complete all necessary formalities for participation in the event(s) with Expertise Events.

3. Referral Process
To refer a company, the Referring Exhibitor must:

  • Submit the referral via the Referral Submission Form (linked here and above).
  • Provide complete and accurate details of the Referred Exhibitor, including company name, full contact information, and event interest.

Once the referral is submitted, Expertise Events will review the referral. If the Referred Exhibitor successfully registers and signs a contract to exhibit at an event, and meets the $2,000 excluding GST and booking requirement, the Referring Exhibitor may be eligible for a reward as described in Section

4. Rewards and Payment
Referring Exhibitors will receive a voucher of $250 per booked referral once the Referred Exhibitor meets the conditions listed in Section 2, returned signed contract and paid a deposit of at least $300.
Referring Exhibitors can choose to discount the reward amount off future stand bookings or use it towards Exhibitor Portal Extras, such as power and lighting.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other benefits unless otherwise stated.
Rewards are valid for 12 months.

5. Limitations

  • Referring Exhibitors may refer multiple companies, but rewards will only be granted for valid, approved referrals.
  • The Referred Exhibitor must be a new business and cannot be a company that is already in discussion with Expertise Events regarding exhibiting at any event.
  • Expertise Events reserves the right to disqualify any referral deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Program may be modified or discontinued at any time by Expertise Events at its sole discretion.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both Referring and Referred Exhibitors agree to handle all personal and business data shared in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant legislation.
The details provided in the referral process will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the referral and may be shared with third parties only as necessary for processing.

7. Termination or Suspension of Program Participation
Expertise Events reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any Referring Exhibitor in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breaching these Terms and Conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information in a referral.
  • Violating any event-related policies or terms.

8. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Referring Exhibitor and Expertise Events regarding the Program and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.
  • In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Expertise Events may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will become effective upon posting on our website or notifying participants.
